Take the stress out of moving with our detailed move-in and move-out cleaning services. We make sure your new space is spotless and ready for you to settle in or that your old space is left in perfect condition for the next occupants. We cover everything from deep scrubbing to floor care, ensuring every inch shines. Service Includes: Deep cleaning of all rooms Inside cabinets and drawers Inside oven and refrigerator Interior windows and sills Baseboards, doors, and door frames Full bathroom and kitchen sanitization Dusting high and low surfaces Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors Trash removal (on-site only)
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions “ A Clean Home & More,LLC” Booking & Deposit To confirm your cleaning appointment, a $70 non-refundable deposit is required for residential, Vacation turnover properties. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Move in/Move out and Commercial cleaning, Unless other arrangements have been set for your specific cleaning type. This deposit secures your scheduled time and will be applied toward your total service cost. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the service on the day of your appointment. Payment may be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. Minimum Service Time All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours of service. Services may be performed by a team of two professional cleaners. Billing for Time You will only be billed for the actual man-hours used. Your final cost will reflect only the time worked. Rescheduling & Cancellations To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit may be used toward your reschedule date and time. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
