Enjoy the comfort of a beautifully clean home without lifting a finger. Our residential cleaning services are customized to fit your needs, whether it’s a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance. We handle everything from dusting and vacuuming to kitchen and bathroom detailing, ensuring your home stays fresh, healthy, and welcoming. Our Standard Cleaning includes: Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor) Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Empty trash bins and replace liners Clean light switches and door handles Tidy and straighten up as needed. Additional add on's are available. Deep Cleaning Service includes: Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures Wipe down baseboards Clean window sills and tracks Clean interior windows Wipe doors, door frames, and handles Dust vents and air returns Remove cobwebs Spot clean walls Vacuum carpets and rugs Mop hard floors Disinfect light switches and high-touch areas Change bed linens
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions “ A Clean Home & More,LLC” Booking & Deposit To confirm your cleaning appointment, a $70 non-refundable deposit is required for residential, Vacation turnover properties. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Move in/Move out and Commercial cleaning, Unless other arrangements have been set for your specific cleaning type. This deposit secures your scheduled time and will be applied toward your total service cost. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the service on the day of your appointment. Payment may be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. Minimum Service Time All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours of service. Services may be performed by a team of two professional cleaners. Billing for Time You will only be billed for the actual man-hours used. Your final cost will reflect only the time worked. Rescheduling & Cancellations To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit may be used toward your reschedule date and time. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
