Whether you’re hosting guests regularly or occasionally, our team ensures your property is spotless, restocked, and ready for check-in. Our Airbnb Cleaning Service Includes: Full cleaning of all rooms (kitchen, bathroom, living areas, bedrooms) Freshly made beds with clean linens (if provided) Restocking essentials (toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Trash removal and bin relining Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces and high-touch areas Checking for guest damage or missing items Light staging to maintain a welcoming, photo-ready appearance Fast Turnovers, Flawless Cleanings We’re experienced with same-day check-ins and tight turnaround windows. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions “ A Clean Home & More,LLC” Booking & Deposit To confirm your cleaning appointment, a $70 non-refundable deposit is required for residential, Vacation turnover properties. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Move in/Move out and Commercial cleaning, Unless other arrangements have been set for your specific cleaning type. This deposit secures your scheduled time and will be applied toward your total service cost. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the service on the day of your appointment. Payment may be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. Minimum Service Time All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours of service. Services may be performed by a team of two professional cleaners. Billing for Time You will only be billed for the actual man-hours used. Your final cost will reflect only the time worked. Rescheduling & Cancellations To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit may be used toward your reschedule date and time. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
