A Clean Home & More, LLC  Company Policy

Hey there! We’re so glad you’ve chosen us to help keep your space sparkling. To make sure things go smoothly for both you and our team, here’s what you need to know about bookings and cancellations:

Booking Information

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • There is 3 hour minimum booking.

  • A deposit of $100 depending on your service is required to secure your spot. This goes toward your total balance.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your appointment is booked.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

We do not conduct an initial walk-through before you book your service. Instead, your cleaner will perform an initial walk-through upon arriving for your appointment.

Cleaning times are estimated based on the details you’ve provided. If additional time is required due to excessive buildup, clutter, or other unforeseen conditions, you will have the option to either extend the service at our standard hourly rate of $100 for standard cleaning and $130 for a deep cleaning or you may prioritize specific areas to be completed within the originally booked time.

Cancellation 

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 30% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the total service.

Rescheduling 

  • Need to reschedule? No problem just let us know 24+ hours ahead, and we’ll move your appointment free of charge.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a small fee and will depend on availability.

Deposit and Refunds 

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or no-show.

  • If you cancel with proper notice (24+ hours), we’ll gladly apply your deposit to a future booking.

At A Clean Home & More, we’re committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. We understand that a thorough, detailed cleaning takes time. On average, it requires a minimum of three hours to properly clean a home. However, depending on the condition and cleanliness of the space, additional time may be necessary.

We value our clients and respect the hard earned money they invest in our services. That’s why we strive to ensure every cleaning meets our standards of quality and care.

Please note that there is a three-hour minimum for booking. Upon arrival, your cleaner will perform an initial walk-through of your home to assess its condition. If it appears that the cleaning will take longer than the booked time, you’ll be informed right away. You will then have the option to either extend your service at our standard hourly rate or prioritize specific areas to be cleaned within the original time frame.

​Satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our cleaning services and strive to exceed your expectations with every visit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll make it right guaranteed.

 

Our Refund/Resolution Process: Re-Clean Guarantee: If an area was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, we will return and re-clean the area at no additional charge.

 

Partial Refunds: If a re-clean is not possible or desired, we may offer a partial refund based on the scope of the issue.

 

Full Refunds: In rare cases where the service falls significantly short of our standards and a resolution cannot be reached, a full refund may be issued. Client may submit photos for proof of evidence.

 

Important Notes: Refunds are not offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service. No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Services must be booked directly through A Clean Home & More to qualify for a refund or re-clean.
